Complaints
Last updated: October 26, 2026
We don't run our own crews. When you call or send the form, we connect you with an independent local restoration company that serves your area. They inspect, give you the estimate and do the work. If something goes wrong, here is how to raise it.
A problem with the work or the contractor
The restoration company you hired is responsible for its work, estimate and warranty. Contact it first and put your complaint in writing. If that doesn't resolve it:
- For mold work, file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which licenses mold assessors and remediators. For plumbing work, contact the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
- For a general restoration contractor, which Texas does not license, contact the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General or your local Better Business Bureau.
- Tell us. We can stop referring to a company that doesn't treat customers properly.
