We don't run our own crews. When you call or send the form, we connect you with an independent local restoration company that serves your area. They inspect, give you the estimate and do the work. We don't control and can't guarantee the work, pricing, schedule or availability of any contractor.

What this site can and can't tell you

No two properties are the same. Only an inspection can show what your property needs. Nothing here is a diagnosis or professional advice.

Cost ranges

Prices on service pages are planning ranges for typical jobs, not quotes, local averages or a price guarantee.

Licensing

Texas has no state licence for water damage restoration companies, so check insurance and references. Mold remediators must hold a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licence (tdlr.texas.gov) and plumbers a Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners licence (tsbpe.texas.gov).

Insurance
